Choose from 3 unique field trips or propose your own idea. Want us to teach a learning module on wolf genetics? Want to try a world tour or spotlight your students' favorite animal? No problem! Each lesson is tailored to supplement your curricula and achieve your learning goals:
Reaching children with a lasting message about the importance of wildlife requires a fun, integrated approach that engages their question-seeking minds & opens their hearts to wonder about the natural world.
Wolves
Our most popular program allows students to spend an hour meeting our wolfdog ambassadors! We’ll discuss the successful Yellowstone wolf reintroduction program, learn what it means to be a keystone species and what happens when apex predators are missing from the ecosystem. We will also discuss the challenges wolves are facing today.
North America
Meet the animals in your own backyard! Students will be introduced to opossum, porcupine, skunks, owls, wolves, bobcats, cougars and more. Together we’ll dig into the myths & misconceptions about these animals and discover how they work together to create a healthy, balanced ecosystem.
South America
We’ll introduce you to our South American ambassadors, including sloths, armadillo, giant anteater, coatimundi, vulture, parrots, and more! Students learn about these animals’ incredibly diverse survival strategies and their special roles in the complex web of nature.
